I have journals for different purposes. I realized that one journal should be used exclusively for answered prayers. Can you imagine just having one notebook for all the ways God has answered you? That will be a treasure chest of encouragement for you. Just when you think all hope is lost, pick up your own story of answered prayer and watch how your faith will rise.
How do you start?
1-Select your own journal.
2-Decorate it if you like. Make it personal. Make it yours.
3-Every day pick up your journal and reflect on the amazing miracles from the previous day. Take note of them. Write about those answered prayers as bullet points or as mini essays…however you like.
As your journal grows in length you will discover all of the many ways God has been working. Now that you are taking note of them, you are becoming more sensitive to the move of the Holy Spirit. These are all wonderful things to praise God for.
